For the past 19 years, the Kilen Art Group, together with the City of Luleå, has held and developed international artistic events in Luleå in northern Sweden. The topic LAB09 is "Risk", and the midsummer-nights opening takes place June 17 (exhibition runs thru August 23). Artist Lena von Lapschina has invited us to attend her underwater photoshooting at the arctic circle, part of her new work for Luleå Art Biennial.
